About

b. 1986, HK.

I’m a user researcher and storyteller with seven years of experience using generative, evaluative, continuous, and other research methods to drive product and business decisions at Medium, Splash, and Condé Nast.

My forté is helping companies get their research practice off the ground: Evangelizing research, creating a foundational understanding of users, and building out research operations and teams.

When I’m not at work I’m playing the piano, cooking, volunteering, buying too many books, and otherwise hanging out in Nashville, TN.
